Kokedama Garden Workshop! – Saturday June 6th
A Kokedama is a living garden made of ornamental plants growing from moss.
This twist on bonsai gardening is crazy fun to create and is a unique twist on a houseplant.
It can either hang or sit on your shelves.
It takes minimal upkeep and can last up to two years without having to be replanted.
We want everyone to be safe and healthy, so we will be no-contact-delivering all of your supplies to your door on Friday 6/5.
Including soils, moss, twine and an ornamental plant.
You will need a flat workspace (preferably outside to make cleanup easier), Mixing bowl and water, gloves also may be handy if you don’t want to get your hands dirty.
We will send you the zoom link via email.
How this works in three easy steps:
- On Friday June 5th we’ll drive all around Denver dropping off buckets full of all the supplies you’ll need to build your very own Kokedama garden.
- Then at 1pm on Saturday June 6th we’ll fire up the ol’ Zoom Teleconference Machine and Zimmie will guide everyone through the steps.
- It’ll take about an hour total and when you’re done you’ll have your very own Kokedama!
